Tanya Sheridan

Tanya has enjoyed living on the peninsula for most of her life, now over 4 decades!  Tanya is proud of the fact she has worked with the team at Woody Point since 2003 after being a beauty therapist.  This previous experience has helped her a lot in Property Management as both roles are based on serving people…which she loves to do!

Tanya is a quiet achiever and a very hard worker, often going above and beyond the call of duty to assist all owners and tenants.  Tanya has strong legislative knowledge and has the will power to solve problems no matter how big they might be.

Outside of work, Tanya loves to paddleboard – she is kind of awesome at that and has a real sense for adventure!
